Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern the commercial and domestic plumbing and drainage services provided by MAKE ME PLUMB PTY LTD across Yeppoon & Rockhampton, QLD.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Make Me Plumb, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all commercial and domestic plumbing and drainage works carried out by our team across Yeppoon, Rockhampton and surrounding areas.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided as honest, upfront fixed-price estimates based on the scope of work described at the time of assessment. Any variation to the agreed scope, including concealed site conditions, additional fittings, or changes requested by the client, may result in a revised quote. We will always communicate any cost changes before proceeding.
3. Service Agreements
Work commences only after a written or verbal agreement on the quoted price has been reached. For larger projects such as new builds, fit-outs, and commercial drainage works, a formal contract and deposit schedule may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be advised on your invoice. For staged projects, progress payments may be scheduled at agreed milestones.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
All workmanship is guaranteed in accordance with Queensland plumbing and drainage regulations. Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied fixtures, hot water units, and fittings. Warranty claims must be lodged directly with our office within the stated warranty period.
6. Site Access & Conditions
The client agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including clear space around fittings and pipework. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Works cancelled after materials have been ordered or labour scheduled may incur a reasonable fee to cover committed costs.
8. Emergency Callouts
Emergency plumbing and drainage response is available across Yeppoon and Rockhampton. After-hours and weekend callouts may attract an emergency call-out fee, which will be disclosed upfront at the time of booking.
9. Changes to These Terms
Make Me Plumb reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page.
